Re-test Procedures: 

A vehicle requires reinspection after repair for any portion of the inspection that it failed on the previous test (MIL bulb check and OBDII scan). For catalyst-related failures, the catalyst ready flags must be set in order to receive the reinspection.

Contracted Services: 

Envirotest, contract expires mid-2011

Comments: 

Effective January 1, 2010, the program will expand inspection requirements to include all MY 2007 and later OBDII-compliant  vehicles that operate on diesel fuel and/or weigh up to 14,000 lb. GVWR.
