First 2 model years, motorcycles, registered antiques, fire and rescue, equipment powered exclusively by clean fuels, diesels (except 1997+ LDDV with OBD)

Test Type: 

Pre-1981, 8,501-10,000 GVWR or AWD, FT4WD, or non-disengageable traction control = TSI; 
1981 - 1995 = ASM;  1996 & newer OBDII (some will also get TSI or ASM).
1997 & newer LDDV OBDII

ASM or TSI

Max Not Ready Flags: 

2  to model year 2000 – 1 thereafter, but have the capability of exempting specific monitors from the readiness determination, as well as increasing the total number of not ready allowable and exempting OBD test components including the entire OBD test, on a per lookup table vehicle line basis.
